Konstantin Axenov, GS Group

The Vice President for strategic development, Mr. Konstantin Axenov has been working for the GS Group (General Satellite Corporation before 2013) since 2007.
Mr. Axenov is currently in charge of the holding company strategic development process where he coordinates the activities that are aimed at implementing international broadcasting projects all around the globe. He also supervises the unique Russian innovation cluster Technopolis GS in the Kaliningrad region where the GS Group has been acting as the project’s initiator and general investor. Mr. Axenov has over 20 years experience in the field of strategic development and planning as well as business processes analysis and optimization.
Mr. Axenov has merged his academic and business career by earning his PhD in economic and social geography and becoming an Associate Professor and Head of Educational Profiles for the Master's program in Political Geography and Geopolitics at St. Petersburg State University.

Anna Melnikova

Sergey Dolgopolskiy, GS Group

Graduated from the Russian-French University with the specialization in "National Economy". Worked at the Foreign Economic Activities Department of "Sokol" Aviation Plant (military and civil aircraft manufacture), then at the Russia's largest power equipment company "Power Machines" and after that passed to General Satellite. At the office of the largest national satellite TV operator, Tricolor TV, he was promoting the project "Tricolor TV Siberia". Since 2009 he has been the head of the Foreign Broadcasting Projects Department of GS Group. Sergey Dolgopolskiy represents now GS Group`s interests to all holding`s international partners.

Andrew Pons

Andrew Pons, Exset

Andrew Pons is the Director of Global Sales and Marketing. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in international Sales and Marketing. He has spent the last 15 years working across different sectors of the media industry. Having started at Harris, and then worked as Sales and Marketing Director at The Electronic Farm, before moving to Latens and Pace International as Head of Marketing. Andrew studied at Bristol University and Coimbra University in Portugal where he obtained a degree in Hispanic Studies.

Naveen Chandra

Naveen Chandra, Times Television Network

Head of International Business at Times Television Network. Over 19 years in Media with rich experience in business operations, sales and marketing in Broadcast TV, Radio, Print , Internet and Digital mediums across Indian and International markets. For almost 5 years being Head International Business for Times Television Network. Have launched the channels Times Now, Zoom and ET Now in over 45 countries on 4 continents. Direct the Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Programming, Technology & Strategic Alliances efforts of the TV channels in International markets with P&L responsibility. Have built a dedicated global team and an extensive worldwide network of agencies, concessionaires, personnel and relationships in diaspora, ethnic and mainstream market segments. Head Digital and Syndication business for all channels worldwide including India. For 6 years used to work as Exec. Vice President & National Sales Head in Radio Mirchi, Entertainment Media Pvt Ltd.

Gaurav Gandhi

Gaurav Gandhi, IndiaCast Media Distribution

Group Chief Operating Officer for IndiaCast Media Distribution. He is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer for IndiaCast Media Distribution– a strategic joint venture between TV 18 and Viacom18 – created to monetize all content assets across media and geographies. As the Group COO of IndiaCast, his responsibilities include driving all channel (over 40 services) and content distribution revenues, in domestic and international markets, for Network18 and Viacom18 channels – across all platforms and media. He also looks after advertising sales and other business functions for all international markets for the network channels. Additionally his corporate responsibilities also include managing the company’s profitability and top line goals and driving all existing and new initiatives. Gaurav past assignments include: Vice President, Commercial & Business Planning in STAR Group; Executive Vice President - Business Operations & Content Sales in NDTV Imagine Ltd; Head of Distribution & International Business at VIACOM18.

Ralph Siebenaler

Ralph Siebenaler, Multi Channels Asia, Magistan Media

With a background in free-to-air and pay TV broadcasting, Ralph Siebenaler has experience in managing companies in developing markets in Eastern Europe and in Asia.
Based in Singapore since 2010, Ralph is a director of operations and business affairs for Multi Channels Asia, one of the leading independent pay TV firms in Asia-Pacific. He is also the managing director of Magistan Media, a company specialized in providing project management services to media companies and start-ups in the fields of channel operations, pay television, and programming and marketing.
Ralph started his career in the strategy and business development division of RTL Group in Luxembourg, before becoming a COO of FTA channel REN TV in Russia and a COO/CFO of pay TV bouquet Klub 100 (Russia).
Besides being a member of the executive board in REN TV and Klub 100, Ralph has held various Board of Director seats in media companies in Luxembourg, Hungary, Poland, and Taiwan.

Today the focus is on devices for the complete connected home.

Up to now the company has gained markets in Europe, Russia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

Numan Nabi Ahmed is an established entrepreneur who has many firsts to his credit and is known as a fearless innovator with a high degree of commitment to work and focus on establishing new businesses. He has a proven track record and his 30 year career is ripe with case studies to support his credentials.
He is the founding CEO of The Brand Group, a top 5 company in Pakistan. As the CEO of both Effective Media Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd and the Cable Media Group which are working with EXSET towards the digitization and monetization of the cable TV industry in the country, he has again taken a step forward towards revolutionizing the way people watch TV in the country thus offering value for money proposition to the prospects.

Jakub Majkowski

Jakub Majkowski, Tellyo

Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Tellyo Oy, a startup bridging TV and social world. Before starting Tellyo in 2012 Jakub was a senior researcher at Nokia in Finland focusing on investigation and standardisation work of future local wireless networks. Jakub received his Ph.D. in telecommunications from Technical University of Catalunya (UPC), Spain in 2010.

Mikhail Goryachev, Tricolor TV

Mikhail Goryachev has got 3 university degrees, including a diploma of the Bad Harzburg University Management School (Germany) in Modern Management – Delegation of Powers. Since 2013 he has been appointed as the Tricolor TV Chief Content Officer. Mikhail is in charge of the realization of a new strategic approach to the Tricolor TV pay television service. He also coordinates the company's activities aimed at mastering the adjacent business areas intended to promote growth of the Tricolor TV share in the Russian telecommunication market. What is meant here is the development of "non-linear TV watching" value added services. Mikhail is well known in the TV content market as a manager with an unconventional approach to the matters of pay TV development.

Dmitriy Migachev

Dmitriy Migachev, First HDTV

Graduate of the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.
Dmitriy has been working with Internet services since 2006. He joined the First HDTV company in 2012. At the moment he is the project manager of Kino.Tricolor.tv.

Toby Finch

Toby Finch, Ericsson

Toby Finch is Major Accounts Director at Ericsson, where he drives the definition and launch of a number of new solutions for the digital television market. In his role, Toby leads on business development for a number of major accounts in the EMEIA region, with a particular focus on Russia and India.
With more than 30 years of broadcast industry experience, Toby has been heavily involved in the design and deployment of cutting-edge solutions across the entire media and television delivery chain; from news and sports gathering through to delivery networks and consumer homes. Prior to his current position, Toby was Director of Customer Development at Ericsson where he set multiple trends across the Indian DTH, cable and C&D Markets. Toby previously held the role of Technical Sales Support Manager at Tandberg Television, where he focused on designing TV compression systems.

Christophe Genevois

Christophe Genevois, NEOTION

Christophe Genevois has joined NEOTION in 2007 as Chief Technical Officer.
He has more than 20 years of experience in management of engineering in the Digital Television Business.
Starting in 1986 in the security and smart card area where he held various positions in engineering, he joined SCM Microsystems in 1996 as VP engineering for the Pay TV business, and then moved to a VP Marketing position after SCM's pay TV business acquisition by SmardTV (Kudelski Group) in 2006.
Christophe holds an engineer’s degree in Electronics from French University.

Sergei Filimonov

Sergey Filimonov, GS Group

Graduated from M.I.Kalinin Leningrad Polytechnic institute, then from Graduate School of Michigan Technological University (USA) with Ph.D. in Physics degree. From 1997 to 1999 Sergey Filimonov worked for a high-tech start-up Intelligent Sensor Technology, Inc. (USA) and afterwards in a number of companies in Russia, including General Satellite. Sergey Filimonov has engineering, scientific, analytical and commercial experience. Currently he is the Head of Venture projects department within GS Group.

Anna Melnikova

Anna Melnikova, GS Group

Graduate of the Samara State University, Sociological Faculty, Department of Sociological and Marketing Research. Anna worked as a qualitative research executive at COMCON research company for two years. In 2012 joined GS Group as marketing executive within Foreign Broadcasting Projects Department. Responsible for marketing strategy development abroad, including broadcasting projects in Cambodia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia and other countries.

Anna Shutilova

Anna Shutilova, GS Group

Graduate of the St. Petersburg State University, Graduate of the School of Management, Anna also spent a student exchange semester at financial business schools in Switzerland and in Brazil. She received working experience in marketing and PR field at Knight Frank real estate company in St. Petersburg, GIVENCHY in Moscow and used to be a representative of Russia Today international newspaper in Rio De Janeiro. Joined GS Group in 2012 as development manager in Foreign Broadcasting Projects Department and then took the position of content manager. She is currently responsible for organization of content strategy, negotiations with channels for all projects of the Department including Cambodia, Bangladesh, Pakistan and other countries.
